Check in from your phone
Tap Check in on a training, meeting or event, or scan your team’s check-in code at the door. Your times land on the time sheet for an approver to confirm. Nothing scheduled? Start a session and the next person to scan joins it.
Log hours and see your total in the app
Report unscheduled work from your profile and watch your approved hours for the year on the new Hours tile.
Volunteer hour tracking
Every training, callout, event and meeting can now become a time sheet: one row per member, drafted for you from confirmed attendance, reviewed and approved by an admin or a member with the new Review & approve hours permission. Only approved hours count, so a total is never a guess.
Members log unscheduled work themselves
Prepping training material, taking a vehicle for service, a public-education talk — members log it from their profile, submit it, and see it approved or returned with a note. Approvers can also log hours for anyone.
Reports built for grant packets and board meetings
Hours by member, by category and subcategory, by activity and by month for any year, with search for large rosters. Download as a PDF or CSV.
A live hours widget for your website
Publish this year’s approved hours, how many members contributed and, if you choose, hours by category as a small graphic that updates itself as approvals land. Never a name, never an unapproved hour.
Categories that match how your team talks
A starter set is created when you switch hours on. Rename, add, archive, and add subcategories such as Training › Medical, K9 or UAV. Reports roll subcategories up into their parent.
